Mr. Sandeep Gohad (Founder)

Sandeep is the founder of Kalpak Solutions. He is also a founder and director of Smart Survey. He has more than 20 years of experience in the field of Information Technology (IT). He is the author of several articles on software engineering, programming languages and Chess. He has a Master's degree in Computer Management from "Indian Institute of Cost and Management Studies and Research". Before founding Kalpak Solutions, Sandeep was in USA working as a software consultant. Sandeep is an international Chess Player and has represented India for the World Universities Chess Championships held at Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Got the prestigious "Global Achievers Award". This award was presented at the International Conference held on 23rd January 2016 in Dubai.

Mr. Mandar Vaze (Project Manager)

Mandar has Engineering Degree in Computer Science from Pune University and has completed 35PDU required for PMP Certification, he is also Certified Internal Auditor, ISO 9001:2000.
He has been in IT industry for 15 year and has extensive experience in multiple domains.

Fifteen years of Product Development Experience in various roles.
Strong Technical Background of Unix/Linux, Network Programming, C/C++.
Vast experience in Distributed and Cross platform Systems.
Excellent People Management and Project Management skills.
Domain knowledge: Storage, Call Center Application, Enterprise Telephony.

Mr. Rajas Pathak
